Theatre Week is off to a Great Start!

It is Theatre Week this week and we have a great selection of theatre related activities planned for the Secondary School.

Have  a look at the schedule below and make sure you join in on the fun!

Don't forget that there is also an activity for parents. This Tuesday evening the Secondary School is proud to invite parents, and students to the performance of Lazaro in the Performing Arts Centre!

The cost is $3.00 per person and it promises to be a fantastic evening.

It is Theatre Week this week!

Come along to the mask making workshops after school in the LRC each day to make cool masks and even help prepare a short performance! 

Take a look at the Who Said That? posters outside of the LRC. Can you figure out which theatrical character spoke those words? Write your answers down on the papers provided and add your own favourite theatrical quotes to the empty speech bubble posters.

Theatre Week

This Week is Theatre Week in the Secondary School. Plenty of theatre related activities are taking place in the different subjects, whilst at the LRC a special set of workshops have begun.

The LRC Coordinator and Digital Media Artist have prepared 6 after school sessions, over the course of 2 weeks, aimed at teaching students how to make foam puppets. This activity will end with a series of short puppet shows performed by the students on the last day.

Sessions take place from 2:00-3:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Students can sign up using the Google Form in their email inbox.
